Cindy’s nutrition "how to’s" are based on the book “The Schwarzbein Principle by Diana Schwarzbein, M.D.” this is a solid, proven, approach to eating that works with your body’s intelligence to properly nourish you while giving your body the foods that will fuel your metabolism vs sending your calories into fat storage. This is not a low-fat / no-fat deprivation approach. Quite the contrary. You will learn to eat whole, real foods, that satisfy, and satiate you, and also lead to weight loss and wellness.

With the combination of regular exercise and Ultimate Nutrition principles, you'll discover that weight loss occurs much more rapidly. After enrolling in four classes, you will become a lifetime member and you qualify to attend classes’ tuition free.

Fat Defeat: The Basics 101

If this is your first time enrolling this is the class you’ll need to take.

• Throughout the year there will be 7 separate sessions that are each 6 weeks long.
• In each session the weekly curriculum will include the fundamental topics of carbs, fats, proteins, balancing meals, hydration and more! Seasonal challenges and solutions will be addressed.

Fat Defeat Tuition

Tuition for the Fat Defeat classes begins at $79. This is the tuition price if you’re a Total Balance member and it’s your first time enrolling. Non-Member’s tuition is $99 and includes a gym membership for the 6 weeks classes are in session.

• If you are a member each subsequent session you enroll in, your tuition will drop 10%. Once you’ve enrolled in, and have paid tuition for 4 Fat Defeat classes, the future classes you attend will be free, for as long as you remain a member of Total Balance. You will be considered a Lifetime Member of Fat Defeat & you may then attend classes as it best serves you, providing the support and information you require to stay on course.
• Every time you enroll you will have the opportunity to earn back $20 of tuition. The rebate is contingent on following through with 2 out of 5 options designed to maintain your commitment and insure results. We call these "Accountability Bucks."
• We encourage you to enroll before the first day of class if possible, to avoid a wait with processing all the new enrollments. Enrollments are accepted with payment only.
