All memberships include full gym access and our group fitness classes.
We honor insurance reimbursement for qualifying members, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of ND & MN, Medica, Fargo Public Schools, Regency and Noridian.
$50 enrollment fee applies to all memberships.

Punch cards are $70 for 10 visits.
A one day pass may be purchased for $10. If you attend with a member a day pass is $5
Transformation Passport - if you are a prospective member and would like to sample all that Total Balance has to offer prior to making a commitment, request a 10 Day Transformation Passport. The passport may be used for 10 consecutive days. This is a one time offer per individual.
All membership options require a 30 day written notice for withdrawal.
