C.O.R.P. Camp is an opportunity to bring wellness education, motivation, and accountability to employees within their workplace. By creating an environment of awareness and support, individuals will experience greater success achieving health related goals. Being surrounded by like minded employees will support positive change for everyone.
Outline
The goal of our 6 week C.O.R.P. Camp is to inspire participants to move more and eat better. We will be creating a friendly inter-office competition by splitting participants into 2 teams. Everyone will be provided with guidelines for exercise and eating habits, as well as a food & activity journal. Weight and measurements will be recorded at the beginning and conclusion, with a winning team determined.

Life Coaching
Cheryl Cullen has been a C.P.C.C. (Certified professional co-active coach) since 2003. She received her training and certification from The Coaches Training Institute, San Rafael California. She will also be available for private consultations for members and non-members. Total Balance offers a monthly Lifestyle membership that includes 10% off private life coaching consultations.
