We believe that there are 3 components to creating and sustaining positive lifestyle changes. Fitness, Support and Nutrition. Our staff and programming are here for you to enjoy and to help you change your life. We are committed to support every phase of your quest toward greater fulfillment.

  • Fitness: Total Balance offers cutting edge group fitness programming from Body Training systems including Group Power®, Group Kick®, Group Step®, and Group Active™. Each program is carefully designed to deliver a simple, fun and effective social experience independent of barriers like gender, age or fitness level. Each program has been professionally designed by Program Development Teams that include some of the world's most experienced programmers. Each quarter, the team creates a new release, or class, for each program which entails a rigorous and thorough development system.

    Beyond the BTS programming our class line-up includes Zumba, All Levels Yoga, Cardio Fire/Super Sculpt, Forever Fit / Chair Yoga, Power Yoga and Weight Room Circuit Challenges.

  • Our gym is equipped with top of the line cardio equipment - treadmills, spin bikes, cross trainers from brands like Star Trac, Precor and Life Fitness, as well as a great selection of resistant training equipment.
  • Support: Being 'connected in' is proven to keep participants more accountable to their exercise routine. Our club is staffed every hour that we are open and we want to support you in your fitness journey every step of the way. Our extensive line-up of group fitness classes - all included with membership - gives you the accountability and motivation that you need to stay committed. Our personal trainers are here to take your fitness commitment and results to the next level. We also offer innovative motivational incentive programs to keep you connected to your intentions for improved health and wellness. Our goal is to inspire you to enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle!

  • Nutrition: 85% of how we look and feel is related to what we are eating. Just like exercising, it takes accountability to stay committed to a healthy eating plan. Cindy’s Ultimate Nutrition classes are offered ongoing. The classes offer you the knowledge, strategy, and accountability to create optimum health with balanced and satisfying nutrition. We believe in eating 'real' foods and eating 5-6 times per day. You will be suprised how much you are required to eat to lose weight! Recipes included!
